Every project we build comes with a two-year workmanship warranty. If anything we built has a workmanship issue within two years, we'll fix it at no cost to you.

After the two-year period, we'll still support you and stand behind our work, with any necessary repairs at cost (no markup, no surprises).

Our manufacturer partners back every project with industry-leading material warranties:

• Trex composite decking: 25 to 50 year limited warranty depending on the Trex line selected
• Sunspace windows and structures: 10-year limited warranty
• Azenco louvered pergolas: 10-year limited warranty
• Alutech SunShield awnings: manufacturer fabric and frame warranty (ask us for current Alutech and Sunbrella warranty terms on your selected fabric)

You can get warranties up to 50 years depending on which Trex line you choose. We'll walk through the options during your design consultation.

We handle all warranty registration for you. No paperwork, no keeping track of receipts or model numbers.

If you ever need to make a warranty claim down the road, just call us. We have everything on file and we'll handle the manufacturer communication on your behalf.

If something isn't right after we finish, we want to know. Take a few photos of what you're not happy with and send them to us, and we'll work through it together.

We'd rather hear about an issue and fix it than have you live with something you don't love.
