    Harford County

Harford County is our home base. Our office is in Fallston, and we've built outdoor living spaces for hundreds of Harford County homeowners. With 30+ years of outdoor living expertise, we know the county's permit office, the local building inspectors, and the climate-specific considerations like Bel Air's clay soil and Forest Hill's elevation.

    Baltimore County

From the Hunt Valley horse country to the Towson suburbs to the waterfront homes along the Chesapeake, Baltimore County is one of our most active service areas. We handle Baltimore County's permitting requirements as part of our full service, which is critical because the county's process is more complex than Harford's.

    Cecil County

Cecil County's mix of rural properties and waterfront homes near the Chesapeake gives us some of our most unique projects. We've built large decks, sunrooms, and pergolas across Elkton, North East, and the Chesapeake City area, often handling waterfront permits and Critical Area considerations.

    Anne Arundel County

From Annapolis waterfront properties to the suburban communities of Crofton and Severna Park, Anne Arundel County brings us projects with stunning views and unique site challenges. We're familiar with Anne Arundel's permitting process and Critical Area requirements for waterfront builds.

    Howard County

Howard County's mix of planned communities like Columbia and historic neighborhoods in Ellicott City gives us a wide range of project types. We know Howard County's permit office and HOA requirements well, which keeps timelines predictable.

    Pennsylvania

We extend our service across the Mason-Dixon line into south-central and southeastern Pennsylvania. From York and Lancaster County farmhouses to historic homes in Gettysburg and modern builds around Harrisburg and West Chester, we bring the same craftsmanship and transparent process to our PA clients.
