The walls are built from two inch foam panels and aluminum extrusions, fitted with Sunspace's exclusive WeatherMaster vertical 4-track vinyl window system. The windows slide up or down effortlessly for up to 75 percent ventilation, then close to keep out bugs, rain, and UV. The vinyl is durable ViewFlex glazing, available in four tints, and the frames come in five colors so you can match your home. It is ideal for converting an existing porch or deck. It is a three-season room built to keep out wind, rain, and bugs, not an insulated room. Many owners add a heater for chilly days, and the room runs on its own heating and cooling rather than your home's system. For true year-round use, see the insulated Model 400.

What is the warranty?
The Sunspace limited lifetime warranty covers laminations and finishes, vinyl extruded components, and hardware and screen units for as long as you own the room. The vinyl glazed windows carry a 10-year warranty against fading and cracking, provided the Sunspace cleaning instructions are followed (no harsh cleaners, detergents, or bleach). Our installation is backed by our 2-year workmanship warranty, and we register the manufacturer warranty for you.
