Baltimore County, Maryland
Three-season, four-season, and screen rooms designed, permitted, and built by our own crews. Authorized Sunspace dealer. MHIC #91686.
Local Sunroom Builders
From family homes in Cockeysville to larger properties in Hunt Valley, we build sunrooms that make the most of north Baltimore County's rolling terrain. We design three-season rooms, insulated four-season rooms, and screen rooms for homes near Oregon Ridge Park, Hunt Valley Towne Centre, and the neighborhoods between. Our own crews handle the foundation, structure, enclosure, and finish work, and we manage the Baltimore County permit and inspections.
Sloping rear yards and walkout foundations are common here, which often means a sunroom sits well above grade on a raised structure. That makes the support system under the room as important as the room itself, along with stairs, drainage, and how the roof geometry meets the house. Larger homes also lend themselves to larger rooms, and on bigger footprints the cost per square foot of a sunroom comes down. Many Cockeysville and Hunt Valley homeowners who want true year-round living space choose the insulated Model 400 paired with its own heating and cooling.

Permits and Inspections
Baltimore County requires permits for sunrooms, screen rooms, decks, and most roof structures, and its process is stricter than Harford County's. That is a good thing when the work is built right. We handle the plan submission, reviews, and inspections, and we coordinate HOA design review where it applies, which is common in Perry Hall, Honeygo, and Stoneleigh.
It helps to know who does what. A sunroom dealer sells the enclosure. A sunroom installer assembles it. We are the contractor, which means we are responsible for the footing, the structure, the roof tie-in, the permits, the electrical, and the enclosure itself.
Our own crews build the whole room, so one company answers for every part of it, from the first conversation to the final inspection.
How It Works
Tell us about your house and how you want to use the room. You get a price bracket on the first call, so you know where the project lands before anyone visits.
We look at what the room will sit on and how it ties into your house, and we bring samples and colors so you can see the options in person.
You get a written proposal with the final number, to the penny, so there are no surprises when the work starts.
