Harford County, Maryland
Three-season, four-season, and screen rooms designed, permitted, and built by our own crews. Authorized Sunspace dealer. MHIC #91686.
Local Sunroom Builders
Edgewood is about 20 minutes from our Fallston shop, and Sunspace three-season rooms are among the projects we build most often here. We design three-season rooms, insulated four-season rooms, screen rooms, and porch enclosures for homes near Flying Point Park, Harford Glen, and the surrounding neighborhoods. Our own crews build the full room, and we manage the Harford County permit and inspections.
Sunroom design in Edgewood depends a lot on where the home sits. Properties closer to the water at Flying Point Park can face more moisture and wind than homes inland near Harford Glen, which affects flashing, drainage, and window choices. Many projects start from an existing deck or patio, and we look closely at its condition before enclosing it. For owners who want to start with a budget-friendly room and upgrade later, the Model 100 screen room can add vinyl windows down the road.

| Patio cover | A solid insulated, clear acrylic, or hybrid roof over an existing deck or patio. | $10,000 to $40,000 |
Integrated railings add $2,500 to $5,000. Your final number comes in a written, to-the-penny proposal after the site visit. See the full sunroom cost guide
Permits and Inspections
Every Harford County sunroom we build is permitted and inspected. We prepare the plans, submit them to the county, schedule the inspections, and close the permit out at final. If your property sits in a Critical Area near the water or in a neighborhood with HOA review, we handle that as part of design so it does not surprise you later.
It helps to know who does what. A sunroom dealer sells the enclosure. A sunroom installer assembles it. We are the contractor, which means we are responsible for the footing, the structure, the roof tie-in, the permits, the electrical, and the enclosure itself.
Our own crews build the whole room, so one company answers for every part of it, from the first conversation to the final inspection.
How It Works
Tell us about your house and how you want to use the room. You get a price bracket on the first call, so you know where the project lands before anyone visits.
We look at what the room will sit on and how it ties into your house, and we bring samples and colors so you can see the options in person.
You get a written proposal with the final number, to the penny, so there are no surprises when the work starts.
