Local Sunroom Builders
Fallston is home. Our shop is at 2817 Belair Rd, so Fallston homeowners work with a sunroom builder who is literally down the road. Homes around Carrs Mill Park, the Fallston Recreation Complex, and the surrounding neighborhoods get the shortest drive time we have, which makes site visits, permit runs, and any follow-up after the build easy. We design and build three-season rooms, insulated four-season rooms, screen rooms, and porch enclosures here with our own crews.
Fallston properties tend to have room to work with, which gives more freedom on sunroom size and placement. Many projects start from an existing deck or patio off the back of the house, and we evaluate that structure before designing anything on top of it. We look at the roofline and how the new roof will tie in, the drainage around the room, and the electrical needed for lighting, fans, and a dedicated heating and cooling system. Because we are so close, we can also show Fallston homeowners finished rooms and materials without much effort on either side.

Permits and Inspections
Every Harford County sunroom we build is permitted and inspected. We prepare the plans, submit them to the county, schedule the inspections, and close the permit out at final. If your property sits in a Critical Area near the water or in a neighborhood with HOA review, we handle that as part of design so it does not surprise you later.
It helps to know who does what. A sunroom dealer sells the enclosure. A sunroom installer assembles it. We are the contractor, which means we are responsible for the footing, the structure, the roof tie-in, the permits, the electrical, and the enclosure itself.
Our own crews build the whole room, so one company answers for every part of it, from the first conversation to the final inspection.
How It Works
Tell us about your house and how you want to use the room. You get a price bracket on the first call, so you know where the project lands before anyone visits.
We look at what the room will sit on and how it ties into your house, and we bring samples and colors so you can see the options in person.
You get a written proposal with the final number, to the penny, so there are no surprises when the work starts.
